Netsat broadband is a high-speed Internet access service that enables end-users to retrieve data from the global Internet backbone. This service utilizes the ISP's existing Internet link for outbound traffic to the Internet, while the retrieved data is transmitted to the users via satellite by passing the ISP's entire terrestrial network.

Our MCPC (Multiple Channels per Carrier) platforms on various satellites from Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad are one of the most advanced Digital TV broadcasting solutions. The satellites offered are High Powered HOTBIRDS tailor-made for broadcast purpose and their footprints are customized for the Pakistan subcontinent. The systems deployed are fully 1:1 redundant and are equipped with Scopus and Radyn Comstream (Tiernan) make MPEG-2 encoder and modulators with scrambling which supports both free-to-air and encrypted mode of content delivery.

NETSAT has been providing SCPC TV services for Analog as well as Digital channels. The SCPC TV up linking solution can be used for both point-to-point contribution feed as well as for broadcasting purposes. Customers can decide the bit rate effective from 3 Mbps to 6 Mbps for low definition TV to up to 40 Mbps for high definition TV as per requirement.

DSNG service is one of the most versatile video services on offer. We provide end-to-end digital SNG transmission service from news source to studio location any where in the Pakistan. The comprehensive package includes advanced state-of-the-art Flyaway terminals and associated space segment. Our Flyaway terminal can be used for live coverage of important events, news gathering from remote places and right from the heart of action. DSNG services are indispensable tools for frontline reporting. Our SNG terminals stationed at Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad form the core of this service. The DSNG Flyaway terminals are equipped with both circular as well as linear Ku & C band feed system and can thus be used to access any satellite network as per customer's convenience.

Under the RPTS service, NETSAT installs and maintains the operation of service from the station right to the customer's premise. RPTS can be used for contribution feed as well as broadcasting depending on the available space segment capacity and customer requirement. The equipment installed under RPTS service includes, but not limited to, a 4.5mtr VSAT terminal (Intelsat Type Approved) with full 1:1 redundant RF and base band equipment which makes the complete system very reliable and guarantees highest level of uptime. The outdoor mounted equipment are planned to withstand the most severe weather conditions for break-free operation. The service offering is very flexible and can be used to access circular polarized or linear polarized space segment capacity. Our encoders are capable for both MPEG-2, 4:2:0 and 4:2:2 mode of operation and can be used as per customer requirement. The required feed system will be provided as per the customer needs and depending on the availability of space segment capacity. If desired, customers may arrange space segment on their own.

NETSAT now offers yet another state-of-the-art facility for transmission of multimedia contents from Pakistan to any where in country or out side the country. Bit rate for individual channels can vary from 4 Mbps to 6Mbps and will be interfaced in DVB ASI format. This is a big leap in transmission of video to distant countries where a single satellite hop is not possible and delays due to double hop increase the delay considerably. This service is cost-effective and an ideal solution for extending reach of Pakistani channels in the international or domestic market.

The dedicated capacity allocated for Occasional Use TV is on global beam and can cover any place within the footprints. The dedicated OU TV capacities are available on well known satellites and virtually any program can be Transmitted/Received from any place on the globe. The service can be booked round the clock as per customer's requirement and convenience. The service is available for as little as 10 minutes and can be used for domestic, regional, international or global coverage. The service is extensively used for studio-to-studio contribution feed, special events coverage, post-production transfer, sport events, etc.
